SASKATOON – Police are investigating the armed robberies of at least three pizza delivery drivers. The three robberies took place in Saskatoon over a 25-hour period.

The first happened around 11:45 p.m. CT Saturday when a driver told police he was assaulted by two people armed with a bat in the 900-block of Victoria Avenue.

They took off with an undisclosed amount of cash.

Police were then called to the 700-block of Labine Crescent around 4:30 p.m. Sunday. A driver told police he was robbed by two people who were armed with a bat and a pipe wrench.

The third robbery happened around 12:30 a.m. Sunday in the 700-block of Heritage Lane.

The driver told police he was robbed by two people armed with a bat and a steel rod.

A canine track was unsuccessful in capturing the suspects.

In each case, the suspects had their faces covered.

Police have not said if the robberies are connected. No other details have released at this time.
