David Ortiz announced in November that he will retire at the end of the 2016 season, marking the end to one of the most impressive careers in the history of the Boston Red Sox.

Ortiz still is a very productive player despite being at the end of his career, though. Big Papi hit 38 home runs with 107 RBI in 146 games last season. Those are impressive totals for a player of any age.

Jerry Remy joined NESN's Tom Caron at Saturday's Red Sox Winter Weekend to discuss Ortiz's retirement decision and what he expects from the Sox slugger in 2016.
