Rob Gronkowski said after the New England Patriots' Week 3 win that the bye week is a good time to "let your muscles chill."

Apparently Gronk didn't take his own advice.

The Patriots tight end is well-rested and eager to get back on the field Sunday against the Dallas Cowboys. But Gronkowski has had some downtime, so he teamed up with Bleacher Report to film a segment of "Uninterrupted," in which professional athletes directly address their fans.

Not surprisingly, Gronk's cameo was awesome. First of all, he introduced himself as "Robbie G," which apparently is a thing.

He then revealed he had just come from a workout -- "to get the muscles strong," of course -- and went on to discuss how fired up he was to face the Cowboys.

"We've got the Dallas Cowboys this Sunday in Dallas," Gronk Robbie G said. "Couldn't be more exciting than that. Super pumped to go into that stadium and rock it out."

It's clear the 26-year-old has a pretty short list of priorities: Playing football, working out and having fun. At the moment, he seems to be excelling at all three.
