FOXBORO, Mass. -- There's a chance the New England Patriots will be without their starting running back this week against the Indianapolis Colts.

Dion Lewis is listed as questionable to play Sunday after being limited in practice Thursday and Friday with an abdominal injury.

Cornerback Tarell Brown has been ruled out for the game with a foot injury. Linebacker Dont'a Hightower (ribs) and defensive end Trey Flowers (knee/shoulder) are questionable after being limited all week.

Running backs LeGarrette Blount and James White likely would receive an uptick in touches if Lewis can't play against the Colts. The Patriots also have Brandon Bolden, who has experience as both a between-the-tackles and pass-catching running back.

Lewis was spotted in the Patriots' locker room Friday and appeared to be moving around without discomfort. He also took a promo picture for "Sunday Night Football."

With Brown out, the Patriots are down to cornerbacks Malcolm Butler, Logan Ryan, Justin Coleman and newcomer Rashaan Melvin on their depth chart. Butler and Ryan are expected to start.
