WINNIPEG -- From crater-like potholes to the endless construction, what road in Manitoba is the worst in the city?

CAA Manitoba is launching its fifth annual Worst Roads campaign Wednesday morning. This means Manitoba drivers get a chance to vote for any road in the province, they believe causes them the most grief.

Last year, more than 61,000 Manitobans cast their vote, and Provincial Road 280 between Thompson and Gillam, took the title at the worst road in the province.

Winnipeg's very own St. James Street took the second place position. St. James was the first place winner of the campaign in both 2014 and 2012.

CAA Manitoba hopes to shift the focus toward more than just potholes, including cycling safety, traffic congestion and light synchronization among problems drivers face.

Voting runs until April 6.
