Did anyone tell Aaron Gordon the NBA Slam Dunk Contest ended?

The Orlando Magic star literally jumped into the consciousness of general basketball fans with his eye-popping performance at last month's dunk contest. Gordon stole the show but ended up losing in "overtime" to Minnesota's Zach Lavine.

The Magic aren't very good, and neither are their Tuesday night opponents, the Los Angeles Lakers, so you know something good must have happened in order for us to be talking about that game.
