On Thursday, police shut down Mount Doug Beach to investigate the discovery of human remains. The body was found on Thursday afternoon and investigators spent the day trying to identify the person. The police department announced around 10 p.m. last night they had found Ruth Kilgore dead. They do not believe the death was suspicious.
