Environment Canada says freezing rain has re-developed in the region. A change-over to snow is expected Friday morning. The freezing rain has made driving conditions treacherous in the region. The Saskatchewan Highway Hotline is not recommending travel on many highways, including Highway 16 from Maymont west to the Alberta border. Travel is also not recommended on all highways around North Battlefords, Biggar, Maidstone, Lloydminster, Radisson and St. Walburg.
