The start of the New England Revolution's pursuit of Major League Soccer glory is right around the corner.

MLS on Thursday released the 2016 regular-season schedule for all 20 teams.

The Revolution will open their 34-game, regular-season slate on March 6 against he Houston Dynamo at BBVA Compass Stadium.

Gillette Stadium will host the first of 17 home games on March 12 when D.C. United visits the Revolution.

The Revolution will play 24 games in total against the nine other Eastern Conference teams under the rules of MLS' unbalanced schedule. The Revs will take on each of the 10 Western Conference teams once.

The regular season concludes on Oct. 23.
