The NHL produced many memorable moments for hockey fans in 2015.

Playoff excitement was back in Winnipeg for the first time in nearly 20 years, the Chicago Blackhawks ignited dynasty debate with another Stanley Cup championship and the scoring title came down to the final seconds of the season, literally.

Luckily for hockey fans, 2016 is shaping up to be even better, starting with the 2016 Winter Classic between historic rivals the Boston Bruins and Montreal Canadiens at Gillette Stadium.

Before we move to the Winter Classic, though, let's take a look back at the best 2015 had to offer.
