Tuukka Rask stopped five shots in the first period Saturday against the Red Wings, and the most impressive one came on a 2-on-1 opportunity for Detroit late in the frame.

The Boston Bruins turned the puck over in the offensive zone, and the Red Wings quickly crerated a point-blank opportunity for Justin Abdelkader. However, Rask got his pad in front of the shot just in time to make the save.
