Rousey was at the center of one of the year's biggest sports surprises Saturday night when she was knocked out by Holm at UFC 193. The knockout sent Rousey to the hospital, and the former champion reportedly needs plastic surgery to fix some of the damage. Rousey apparently isn't ready to show her face until that work is done. TMZ Sports caught Rousey leaving an airport in Australia, presumably on her way back to America. The world's most famous female athlete avoided the paparazzi by covering her face with some sort of pillow or blanket and ignoring reporters as she was rushsed to her car. TMZ Sports got video of the whole thing.
