The past 11 seasons haven't been kind to the Maple Leafs.

Toronto's only playoff appearance during that span came against the Boston Bruins in the 2012-13 Eastern Conference Quarterfinals. But the switch to Mike Babcock at coach has the Maple Leafs excited about the future.

"It's one of those big ships where it's slowly turning," NESN's Billy Jaffe said on "Bruins Face-Off Live" before Boston hosted Toronto on Saturday. "They're looking for a culture change there."
