Plenty of teams are trying to fill holes to either stay in contention or look to make a playoff run in 2016. This year's deep free agent class certainly will help, but teams also seem to be willing to make big trades.

The Los Angeles Angels are one of those teams that could benefit from the free-agent market, as they're in desperate need of a left fielder. FOX Sports' Jon Morosi reported Monday that the Angels could even be in pursuit of free agency's biggest prize, Jason Heyward.

So let's take a look at how some possible contenders can fill out their rosters over the holidays.
