When Boston Red Sox pitcher Joe Kelly left Tuesday's game in the third inning, he knew exactly what was wrong.

Kelly left after just 2 1/3 innings against the Baltimore Orioles with "shoulder tightness and fatigue," but it wasn't anything new. The 27-year-old right-hander -- who had won eight consecutive starts before earning a no-decision in Boston's 6-5, 13-inning loss -- spoke with the media following the loss and talked about the recurring problems he's had with it.
