David Ortiz's 500th career home run certainly added to the Boston Red Sox slugger's Hall of Fame case. After all, he's one of only 27 players in Major League Baseball history to accomplish the feat.

But Big Papi still isn't ready to talk about Cooperstown, mostly because he's still playing.

"I'm going to continue building up numbers," Ortiz said Saturday night after launching No. 500 against the Tampa Bay Rays at Tropicana Field.

Ortiz also has some big plans for the five-year gap between when he eventually retires and when he's eligible for the Hall of Fame.
