Police said the suspect set fire to a motel near Kingston Road and Beechgrove Drive on Sunday Feb. 28. On Friday, police said Toronto resident Omar Roberts, 37, is wanted on charges of arson endangering life and arson damage. He is described as 5'9" tall, weighing 180 pounds, with short black hair. He may be carrying a red GoodLife gym bag. Police are advising the public not to approach him. Anyone with information is asked to contact police at 416-808-4300, or to submit an anonymous tpi to Crime Stoppers at 416-222-TIPS (8477), online at www.222tips.com, or by texting TOR and your message to CRIMES (274637).
