The second day of the NFL's legal tampering period is upon us, and the free-agent running back class still is deep after a slow Day 1. Outside of the Philadelphia Eagles trading DeMarco Murray to the Tennessee Titans, none of the big-name backs -- think Doug Martin, Lamar Miller, Chris Ivory, Matt Forte and Arian Foster -- have committed to teams before they officially can sign Wednesday at 4 p.m. ET.
And NFL Media's Ian Rapoport believes that could be Tuesday's focus.
