After a nice break with the sun yesterday, a weather system moving in from the southwest will bring the return of valley showers and mountain snow today and tomorrow morning.

The showers will taper off by tomorrow afternoon with possible breaks in the clouds late Thursday.

Daytime high temperatures will remain well above freezing for the rest of the week.

Today's daytime high range: 3 to 8C
