WINNIPEG --  Manitobans will soon find out if it's going to be a sandbag-free spring. The province is providing an early look at the first flood outlook of 2016 on Monday morning.

Provincial flood forecasters will highlight which areas of Manitoba are at risk of spring flooding, at media conference at 10 a.m.
