It broke out just before 3 a.m. on Hunterhorn Road and 64 Avenue northeast. Fire officials said both occupants managed to get out safely. No injuries were reported. The damage appeared to be substantial. Fire officials said an outside deck and fence caught fire and the flames spread inside. No word yet on the cause of the fire.
