Despite the lopsided score at the end of the second period, the Boston Bruins were the ones who scored first Tuesday against the Anaheim Ducks.

The Bruins were trying to establish their forecheck less than a minute into the game when they forced a turnover. David Krejci eventually got the puck and found Zach Trotman, who scored on a wicked snap shot from the point.
