There's a reason it's called a Hail Mary.
The Green Bay Packers' prayers were answered Thursday night in Detroit as Aaron Rodgers was able to find Richard Rodgers on a game-winning, 61-yard touchdown pass after time expired to beat the Detroit Lions. In all reality, it might end up being a season-saving play for the Pack.
Watching from afar on TV, it obviously was incredible to see a play like that come together. In the stadium, sitting just a few rows off the field and right near the original line of scrimmage, it was perhaps even more unbelievable.
One fan uploaded a video of the play to Instagram, and the vantage point -- from the Packers' 40-yard line and up a bit in the stands -- gave a perfect illustration of just how hard it is to complete a Hail Mary.
