Former NFL coach and current ESPN personality Herm Edwards gave an impassioned speech Thursday that everyone, not just football players, should listen to.

Edwards, who is in Orlando, Fla., for Saturday's Under Armour All-America Game, used TCU quarterback Trevone Boykin's current situation as an important lesson for some of the top high school recruits in the nation.

Boykin was arrested early Thursday morning after allegedly assaulting a police officer. As a result, the senior was suspended for TCU's matchup with Oregon in the Alamo Bowl.

"Don't think you're not replaceable because you are," Edwards said. "And when you do stuff like that, you shouldn't play."
