Danny Amendola fears no person.
The New England Patriots wide receiver caught a pass near the goal line midway through the first quarter of Sunday's game in Houston, and things got a little chippy between him and Texans free safety Quintin Demps. But it was while Amendola was walking away from the situation that he got really heated.
Texans star defensive end J.J. Watt unnecessarily bumped into Amendola, and the 5-foot-11, 190-pound wideout retaliated by shoving the 6-foot-5, 289-pound Watt.
You can see the full version, which includes a little taunting from Watt after the shove, on NFL.com.
While the whole situation didn't amount to much, it's still pretty great that Amendola tried to bring down the hammer on such a huge opponent. Plus, he got the last laugh, as the Patriots contained Watt en route to a 27-6 win.
