If there's such a thing as a "good" loss, Tuesday was just that for the Boston Bruins.

After suffering their first shutout of the season at the hands of the St. Louis Blues and their first regulation loss since Dec. 7, Bruins coach Claude Julien reflected on the value of a loss while talking to NESN's Jack Edwards and Andy Brickley on "Bruins Overtime Live."

While you always have to be disappointed in a loss, Julien explained, sometimes it's good to bring yourself back to Earth and be reminded of what it takes to win. The Bruins will look to do that Saturday when they return to the TD Garden ice against the Buffalo Sabres.
