Major League Baseball announced the top three finalists for its remaining major 2015 awards Thursday.
Among the surprises included Kansas City Royals outfielder Lorenzo Cain, who batted .307 with 16 home runs and 72 RBIs. He also stole 28 bases and owned an .838 OPS en route to the best record in the American League.
