Potential 2016 NBA lottery pick Ben Simmons put the country on high alert after posting a double-double in his college debut over the weekend. That trend only continued Monday night.

With the No. 23 LSU Tigers facing unranked Kennesaw State, Simmons put on a show in the first half, stuffing the statline with 14 points, three rebounds, four assists, three steals and a block.

Four of those 14 points came on two stellar dunks.

Simmons' progress is of particular interest to the Boston Celtics, who own the 1-9 Brooklyn Nets' unprotected 2016 first-round pick. The 6-foot-10 forward is currently ranked as the No. 2 prospect for the 2016 draft.
