Johnny Manziel was lucky to come away from Sunday's game against the Pittsburgh Steelers with his head attached to his body.

The Cleveland Browns quarterback was the victim of a nasty face mask penalty in which his head was ripped around almost 180 degrees by Steelers linebacker Arthur Moats.

Johnny Football lost a contact lens on the ruthless play. Fortunately, that's the only thing he lost -- in addition to the game, of course.
