Bobby Orr is the greatest NHL player of all time, and Thanksgiving marks an important moment: The 40th anniversary of the Hall of Fame defenseman's final game with the Boston Bruins.
Orr -- who had one goal and one assist in that Nov. 26, 1975 contest against the New York Rangers -- played in 631 games for the Bruins and tallied 888 points (264 goals, 624 assists). He revolutionized the defenseman position by leading the attack and being a primary focus offensively -- far from the norm for blueliners at the time.
So give thanks for Orr's greatness by watching his four greatest moments with the Bruins. You've probably seen No. 1 about a thousand times, but it never gets old, does it?
