The falling out between media mogul Bill Simmons and his former employer, ESPN, was a very public one.

From Simmons' suspensions prior to leaving to ESPN's sudden decision to shut down Grantland, the site Simmons founded, the Worldwide Leader is dutifully washing its hands of its former megastar.

After taking a hiatus over the summer, Simmons launched a new podcast in October called, simply, "The Bill Simmons Podcast," which is sponsored by HBO -- the home of his new show, set to premiere in 2016.

Simmons has poached a few of his former Grantland colleagues, though, and besides from the BS pod now has three other podcasts launching under his newest umbrella. Instead of having the other contributors just guest-hosting Simmons' podcast, he decided to create his own channel for which the podcasts can be filed under: "Channel 33."

The name of the network that houses the Channel 33 podcasts as well as his own? The Bill Simmons Podcast Network, or BSPN.

See what he did there? Touché, Bill.
