The New England Patriots and Indianapolis Colts rivalry has been the NFL's best since Tom Brady and Peyton Manning first squared off in Week 3 of the 2001 season.
It's been a mostly lopsided rivalry, though, with Brady and the Patriots winning the majority of the regular-season meetings, in addition to a 4-1 mark in the playoffs.
These teams resume their rivalry on Sunday in a Week 6 matchup fans of both teams have had circled on their calendar for months.
