It wasn't exactly surprising that No. 3 TCU beat Texas on Saturday. The Horned Frogs have one of the best offenses in the country and are College Football Playoff contenders. Meanwhile, the Longhorns were coming off back-to-back losses because of special teams miscues.

But Texas would at least show up with an inspired effort, right?

Wrong. The Horned Frogs scored 30 points in the first quarter en route to a 50-7 thrashing of the Longhorns.

But the final score wasn't the only news coming out of this game. Texas freshman cornerback Kris Boyd apparently retweeted someone pleading with him to transfer to Texas A&M during halftime.

That's a very bad look.

But he didn't even have the worst day on Twitter in the state of Texas. Someone sent out a tweet, which was quickly deleted, on the Texas Rangers' official account calling for Longhorns coach Charlie Strong to be fired.

It didn't take very long for the Rangers, who had an epic meltdown of their own Saturday, to fire the person responsible.
