Johnny Manziel admitted to drinking after he was pulled over Monday for a domestic incident with his girlfriend, according to a police report obtained by WEWS-TV in Cleveland.

The Cleveland Browns quarterback was seen arguing with his girlfriend, Colleen Elizabeth Crowley, by multiple witnesses in Avon, Ohio on Monday. Both Manziel and Crowley admitted to the argument after they were pulled over by police.

Manziel also told the police he had been drinking earlier in the day, but it was determined that he was not intoxicated. As a result, he was not charged with a crime.

"We were aware of the situation," Browns GM Ray Farmer said in a statement, via ESPN.com. "It is a matter that we take seriously and have expressed our concerns to Johnny directly. Those conversations will remain private and we will refrain from further comment at this time."

Manziel spent time in rehab during the offseason. He apologized to the Browns organization and fans after his treatment was finished.
