The 2015 Major League Baseball regular season is over, which means two things: It's time for another exciting edition of playoff baseball and it's time to hand out some hardware.

This season's MLB award winners will be announced soon enough, but who wants to wait? That's why we got a little crazy and decided to dish out some trophies of our own.
