Have you missed Jaromir Jagr's glorious mullet? Well, you won't have to for much longer because Jagr is bringing it back for the 2015-16 season.

Jagr broke the fantastic news to the Miami Herald's George Richards on Monday.

Many hockey players have grown a mullet before, but Jagr's might have been the best. He made the look his own during the 1990s, but he moved toward a more conventional hairstyle at the turn of the century.

So why bring it back now?

"We have to wear helmets, so that's why I'm growing my hair back out,'' Jagr told Richards. "I'm growing it back. I have to."

Whatever the reason, fans are the real winners here.
