Is it time to start considering Craig Breslow as a starting pitcher?
Well, that might be a bit of a stretch, but the Red Sox left-hander pitched well for Boston in its 2-0 loss to the Cleveland Indians on Saturday at Progressive Field.
In his second start, Breslow gave up two earned runs on five hits while striking out two over 5 1/3 innings.
