Evan Turner can play multiple positions on the basketball court, but that hardly makes him a superhero.

Or does it?

OK, it still doesn't, but that didn't stop the Boston Celtics guard/forward from impersonating one.

Turner stopped by Boston's Mission Hill neighborhood Thursday night for a community event with local seniors, and he got into the Halloween spirit by rocking a pretty solid Batman costume.

The "Senior Celtics" program, sponsored by New England Baptist Hospital, provides workout classes and health education for seniors.

Turner wasn't the only Boston athlete to get into the Halloween spirit this week, however, as Zdeno Chara and several members of the Boston Bruins recently paid a visit to Boston Children's Hospital dressed as Gru and his minions from the film "Despicable Me."
