Monday Night Football returns for 2015 with a double-header featuring matchups between the Minnesota Vikings and San Francisco 49ers and the Philadelphia Eagles and Atlanta Falcons.
The late game is Vikings vs. 49ers, and it features a contrast of teams.
Minnesota was a trendy preseason pick to be one of the NFL's most improved teams. The Vikings offense should be well-balanced with the return of former All-Pro running back Adrian Peterson, as well as the expected improvement of second-year quarterback Teddy Bridgewater.
The 49ers, meanwhile, were predicted by many experts to struggle this campaign. Retirement, injuries and offseason departures have created holes at a number of positions, particularly on defense.
Here's how to watch Vikings-49ers on Monday night.
