The Pittsburgh Penguins teamed up with NBC Sports Network to have a classic "Slap Shot" game.
The event included famous sportscaster Bob Costas returning to where he began his career and calling a game in the arena where the movie takes place.
The Penguins were more-than-willing participants and ultimately defeated the Tampa Bay Lightning 4-2. Check out some of the best photos and GIFs from the night below.
